Our founder, Sharon, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, is an experienced, passionate, and invested senior business leader with over two decades of experience within senior marketing and communications. She commands a breadth of experience delivering the acute ability to design and build strategy driving business development projects. Executes effective leadership and team development, project, portfolio management and communications program ownership.

Guides seamless delivery that revitalises functions, people and delivers growth and development. Strengthens processes and procedures to effectively govern core business activities, as a coach and mentor, engages workforce through active listening and personable nature, fosters strategic partnerships to engage diverse stakeholder groups.

Not only is Sharon passionate about marketing, but also about mentoring junior marketers and young people, including volunteering at school mock interview days (Hessle High, Holderness Academy, Howden School and Wolfreton School & Sixth Form). In the last year she has started the ILM Level 7 in coaching to complement her mentoring and training work.

Outside of Purple Chilli, she is the Vice Chair of the board of the Consortium Academy Trust, which comprises 6 secondary and 3 primary schools.
